Services we provide
Our team comprises of counsellors and peer support workers who have lived experience of mental health difficulties. The services we offer are:
- one to one counselling
- peer support
- bibliotherapy
- online therapy
- information and signposting
Bookable counselling sessions are available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4 to 9pm.
We can help with:
- low mood
- anxiety
- continuous worry
- obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
- phobias / fears
- feelings of panic
- intrusive / unwanted thoughts
- traumatic events
- stress
- patterns of disordered eating

We’re open from 10am to 10pm daily.

Adult mental health
Adult Mental Health is a service for clients between the ages of 16 and 65.
The service provides the following services:

Adult Community Mental Health Team
The Adult Community Mental Health Team is the point of entry for all individuals being referred into adult mental health services.
We provide a supportive role for service users and their families in community settings, as well as:
- information
- screening
- assessment
- onward referral (where appropriate) for persons presenting with an acute mental health issues
Access our service
We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. You can
self-refer into Jersey Talking Therapies.
Alcohol and Drug also accepts self referrals by telephone. Referrals into other services are accepted from a variety of health professionals. If you would like a referral, speak to your GP.
For out of hours and emergencies the team can be accessed through local GPs and the Emergency Department at the General Hospital.
