Helen Twite
Head of Commercial
Helen is a Commercial professional who has worked on a wide range of commercial structures and with a great breadth of partners across a variety of goods and services sectors. She brings a range of commercial, financial, technical, and contractual experience gained from many roles in the private sector based in the UK and overseas, which have helped her stakeholders develop and deliver robust, commercially viable, value for money solutions.
Past experience has included engagement with a variety of different organisations from state owned enterprises, governments, private companies, sole traders, start-ups and high wealth individuals.
Helen excels at operating at all levels of an organisation with differing levels of commercial engagement and maturity.
James Cowley
Head of Procurement
James has worked internationally in both the private and public sectors, predominantly in the field of commercial and procurement management and has joined the Commercial Services team as Head of Procurement.
Starting out life as a management trainee within the Thorn (Retail) organisation he has spent time in this, Oil & Gas, Customer Services and Engineering & Construction sectors delivering large complex programmes with a focus on profitable project delivery and customer service.
International assignments have seen James work from Russia to Romania, Turkey to Australia and living abroad in Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia where he has both led and supported significant Government and Private investment into infrastructure development.
Deborah Rawle
Head of Business Services
Deborah has worked in many sectors including nuclear, rail, utilities and consultancy and has in-depth experience encompassing the full contractual life cycle from both the public and private sector both in the UK and internationally. With over 20 years' experience Deborah brings strategic level thinking to complex commercial issues and coaches teams to successfully deliver in challenging environments through the development and recognition of individual skillsets and contributions. A background of managing both procurement and commercial teams has developed expertise in the delivering of procurement strategies and management of suppliers not only through contractual constructs but by the cultivation of strategic delivery partners which delivers value for money and long term benefits.
As an integral member of leadership teams driving change programs throughout organisations, Deborah has experienced the challenges of delivery but also seen how change when managed well really does deliver organisational strength and this is an area she wishes to focus on within Commercial Services.
